Towns We Cover
Most of our meetings happen in Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Torrance. We also drive to clients in El Segundo, Hawthorne, Lawndale, Inglewood, Del Aire and Alondra Park, and up the hill to Palos Verdes Estates. If you run a shop, an office or a crew, we come to you at a time that fits your day. We keep the first meeting short.
The process is the same in every town. We ask what you want the money to do: replace income, pay off a mortgage, cover a funeral or add to retirement. We pull your current policies and list what each one pays, when it ends and who the beneficiary is. Then we put that summary in writing, with copies of the pages we looked at, so you can see what we found and what we suggest changing. Nothing gets filed with a carrier until you say so.
What We See Across the South Bay
- 01
Coverage through work
Plenty of people here carry a group life policy from their employer. It is often a set multiple of salary, and it usually ends or gets expensive when you leave the job. We check yours and show you the gap, if there is one.
- 02
Bigger mortgages
Property costs across the area are high, so mortgage balances run large. That is the main reason people ask us about term life and mortgage protection insurance. We size the coverage to the balance and the years left, not to a round number.
- 03
Business owners
Many of our clients own a business. A partner, a lease or a business loan all matter when we plan coverage. We ask about them up front so the policy fits the real picture.
- 04
California rules
In California, life insurance is regulated by the state Department of Insurance, and agents must hold a state license you can look up. New policies come with a free-look period, so you can read the contract after it arrives and cancel for a refund if it is not right.
- 05
Planning for later
Clients in their fifties and sixties often want coverage that lasts and money they can use in retirement. We walk through whole life, universal life and retirement income planning, and we show you the numbers for each in writing.
Set Up a Meeting Near You
Tell us where you work and a time that suits you. We bring the paperwork, look at what you have and leave you with a written summary. Final expense insurance questions are welcome too.
